“I used Renovations by Robyn (owner:  Robyn Kamerling) to do some major renovations around my home.  I started with a simple laundry room upgrade and was so happy with the quality, design and finish work of the company that I engaged RBR for other major work in my home over a 2 year period.  After completing the laundry job, RBR completely gutted and enlarged my kitchen- installing beautiful, handmade custom cabinets that complement the design perfectly!  At every step, Ms. Kamerling was there to assist me in making finish, appliance and décor selections that are stunning and all look great together!  She is a contractor and a designer all in one!  In my master bath; RBR enlarged my shower and rid me of my large, outdated soaker tub; and relocated my commode to accommodate a stand alone tub which is gorgeous!  Ms. Kamerling helped me select fixtures, lights and hardware that looks like a model home with the comfort of a home.  I could not be more pleased with the timeline, professionalism, totality of services and knowledge that Ms. Kamerling has of design, construction, and materials.  My latest project was a full basement buildout with a generous storage area (sturdy built-in shelving was included) a full bathroom with beautiful walk in shower, lounge area, work out area, and a full wet bar with wine fridge and gorgeous granite countertop.  Perfection!

“Robyn and her crew did a bathroom remodel for me a few years ago and I was confident she would do her best to meet my expectations again. I spent a lot of time and effort exploring options first, but I knew Robyn uses top quality cabinet makers and countertop fabricators, plus helping to make what were for me difficult choices (colors, type of wood, design, hardware, etc.). She brought cabinet wood samples to my house and took me to a warehouse to look at granite slabs. She found an installer who was able to get the oak hardwood flooring at a super price and in two days, I had a beautiful new floor in the kitchen, dining, and foyer areas. Robyn is very experienced and particular about her work. Planning is meticulous so that the whole process can proceed smoothly and in a timely manner. The project was completely done in two weeks, which is amazing. She even asked one of her crew to return later and install the mini-blinds which I had ordered. “We have used Renovations by Robyn for several years, dating back to 2011 at which time we hired Robyn for several projects on our home which was built in 1971. She completely remodeled three bathrooms, laundry room, and garage.  She gutted our kitchen and installed all new Amish cabinets (she was able to repurpose the old cabinets in our garage) marble counters, and relocated new appliances.  She also installed a wooden fence to create a “puppy play yard”.   

Before Robyn begins bringing in her crew to work, she gets to know her clients.  Robyn spends time with them in the home and listens to what they like about the current state of their proposed projects, what works for them, and their visions to make their home more comfortable and inviting.  

Robyn has her own crew of contractors who are exceptional and meticulous with their work.  As the work begins, Robyncontinually checks in with them, reviews their work, and makes sure everything is progressing as planned and shares information and updates with her clients. 

We were able to remain in our home throughout the entire project.  Robyn and her crew made sure things were tidied up each evening when they left.
